First one is nice. I like the color on the leaf, and the nice shallow DOF with the subject still in focus.

Second one is a car.

Third one is a leaf.

Fourth one is an antenna.

No need to be scared of shooting in M. Just play with the settings and see what happens and then play some more.

Just keep shooting, get in close and try weird angles.

With digital it doesn't cost anything to take a bad shot. You can learn a lot from your 'goofs'. Even post some here and the good people of the forum will point out what they see and you will learn a lot from them.

Also, look at the other posts and pictures. A lot to learn by looking at them.
