#3 is the money shot if you remove the extra kid from behind dad. This needs to be framed and hung on a wall.

Thanks, that's my favourite shot. That's actually the boy's uncle. If it was Dad I would have made the effort to remove the kid behind him.

I agree that the B&Ws are nicely done, but I miss the color?... I mean a 3 yr old bday party is probably very colorful, no? Was there something wrong with the color?

With this shoot I processed my photos both in colour and b/w. The colour versions are all very nice but personally I tend to like b & w. I do agree, however, that for a kid's b-day party, the colour shots probably make more sense. Since this is a very close friend I wanted to give him both options.
