I like the bottom left the best ... background gives a sense of destruction and finality and the firefighter adds the human element. Looks like its a case of mopping up now that it has been contained.
The bottom right is a wonderful contrast bewteen the sole house-owner with a garden hose and the four pfrofessionals with all the right gear fighting the fire on the very next house.
Top right gets a bit lost with the smoke - but bit hard to remove the smoke at a fire!!!
