Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hey guys

Wondering if any one has checked out mpix or anyone else 4x4 print size? What yall think??
I think I really like them but are they worth offering? and if so what yall normally charge for them? Thanks

While I did offer wallet size photos, and some smaller specialty products for the high school senior market, 5x7 (@ $25 per print) was the smallest print I sold.

At $0.75 per square inch, a 4x4 print would be $12 (16 sq in x $0.75 = $12).

Hmm, had a lot of 4x4 prints when I got my 120 6x6 proofs printed ... back in the old days.

Okay... I'm not trying to be a dick here (honestly, I'm not)... maybe there's something I'm missing, so please enlighten me if there is...

But at the bottom of your website you have this: "oh yea please do not copy, print, edited images or remove watermark they are copyrighted" Which... you know... is fine. None of us want our worked ripped off... but on this particular post where you're talking about the 4x4's, you have uploaded images, to your blog, that are not yours?

Sure you say they're from Pintrest, but you realize that copyright law still applies to those, right... and saying that they're from Pintrest, doesn't give proper credit to whomever *did* take those images? I respect that you don't want anyone copying, printing, or editing your images because they're copyrighted, but isn't it just a hair hypocritical for you to do the same? Just because it's on the internet, doesn't make it copyrightless... even if it's on Pintrest. :)

It's just food for thought.

::shrugs::

4x4 is a proof size not a finished print size. Why would you offer them?

Looks like the OP figured out their pricing. I hope they stick around. They could learn a lot. Like maybe a Blog critique? Adding a portfolio to said blog?

P.S. If I had a dime for everytime I saw the word "whimsical" on a photographer's website, I wouldn't need to play the Powerball. If I had a shot of whiskey for everytime "whimsical" was paired with a Etsy-like logo design, I'd need a new liver.

You want 4x4 or 4x6? My minumum print price is what I charge for a 5x7, if you want smaller you pay the 5x7 price each.... the only exception is a group of 8 wallets, but that is more like my 8x10 pricing.
