It's an abstract photo, but since wyogirl asked...

Yes, available light and more or less hand-held. This is inside a glass display cabinet and I placed the lens right up against the top of the cabinet (to avoid reflections and problems with using auto focus through glass) and shot at iso 800 (highest the camera goes). At 1/8, the shutter speed was very long for a hand-held shot (camera has no anti-shake) but the cabinet itself served as a support.
