7D HD Video

After reading the many articles about the pro's and cons of the new 7D, I finally had the opportunity to test the camera myself.

Here are some real life examples of the camera's HD capabilites. Shot with a variety of lenses, EF300 f2.8L IS, EF24-70 f2.8L, EF15 f2.8 Fisheye. The Dove shot was using the onboard mic, the remainder a $200.00 Rode VideoMic. Interesting to note in the aircraft video that the Rode is so sensitive that it picks up radar chirps.
