It's not a bad shot, but for this sort of shot, which is reliant on its consistent pattern, you really need to have it sharp edge to edge and front to back. The colors are nice. I mean, I guess I could see how just having one feather tack sharp is possibly effective, but it just doesn't do it for me. It's not a bad shot though, by any means.
 
The vibrant colours of a peacock's feathers are fascinating. Nicely captured here - the greens and blue are almost neon!
 
I defer to what Trenton said technically, but the shot itself is very pretty :)
