Marfa is an unusual town in the desert of far west Texas near Big Bend National Park. Yes, artists are behind the mini Target and Prada stores. The Target store has been defaced and it's in bad shape. The Prada store is kept up and maintained and protected by security cameras. Artists are behind them both. The "Giant" murals/displays are out there in honor of the movie Giant. It was filmed in that area, near Marfa Texas.

Nice, interesting pics. The Target pic cracked me up! Having lived in Texas myself, I would expect to see some 12 ga. 00 buckshot in the Target sign. The cowboys must be slackin'.
