Nice shot. Good colors and composition.
I would have had her stand a little further from the background, to blur out some of those branches a little more, and maybe turn her a little more for a more flattering angle. I'd also get the hair off her shoulder.

Love the facial expression and artfully curved BG branch.
The pose and outfit... Her right hand looks a little weird, but not nearly as weird as her left hand which looks like she's got an unfortunate deformity.
The biggest problem for me is the way her shirt looks under her left forearm - like it is protruding toward the camera.
People photography, posing, an art form in itself.
