A Handy Bench

Behind the artistic look I suspect this is a disguised version of what they call `hostile architecture`.
It`s designed to be uncomfortable to sleep on and so detering homeless from bedding down at night.
However due to critisism receied the town councils/planners make them less obvious whilst still retaining a broken flat surface, there are several of these arty benches around, some like an open pea pod and various others.
