A man and a bike

I have no idea who this guy is, I was just passing by and made this shot without much consideration. When I saw it on a screen I thought - not too bad for a snapshot. Obvously part of his sole it cut off as well as the sign. But I still think the picture has some interesting mood about it. What do you think?

It does have an interesting mood, the lighting is what makes it work.
But, I wish that the composition was better - less room behind the bike and more to the right and down would have made for a much stronger shot.
