A not so green anole...

This anole was by far the most cooperative anole I've every photographed. Perhaps she was flattered by her reflection in my glass I'm assuming this anole is female purely based off the beautiful eye shadow.

Great pic! I don't know much about anoles, but the gender is probably told by either 1.) pre-anal pores or 2.) hemi-penes bulge.

I never knew the name of this type of reptile before now. The shadings of colour in the eye area are just gorgeous!
