Took a walk along the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River just to see how spring was progressing 20 miles south of me. The Fedex guy had handed me a new lens just as I was pulling out of the drive, a p/k mount Cosina f3.8-5.6 28-200 A lens that I'd won at auction. I figured I can always use another A mount for my film pentax's and it was in a useful range. Unfortunately the two SLR's I had with me were a Konica and an Olympus, but I did have my K3mk3 along and figured to use that. Seems to work ok on the DSLR; I'll need to test it on an SLR to see how it does there. Nothing special about the pics. It's easy to see that spring is very slowly coming to Central Pennsylvania. Took a couple of water shots, and a couple of emerging flower shots that I like. The Vignetting on the Crocus is intentional. The other flower is a Dutchman's Breeches. They grow by the thousands along this trail.
