Hey guys,
Would love some C&C on the images and the editing as well.

1. This one is probably one of my favorite images I've taken...
ISO 100, 55mm, f/9.0, 1/40 sec, handheld.

2. Also pretty excited about how this turned out...
ISO 100, 55mm, f/5.6, 1/40 sec, tripod.

3. Another of the last...

4. ISO 100, 8mm, f/3.5, 1/60 sec, handheld.

Thank you all for the feedback :)

I absolutely love those swings! I like your camera choice aswell! ;0

I like the first one too, but I'd crop the top third or so - those white patches just draw one's attention away from the lower part of the image, which is the interesting part.

The swing shots are good as experiments for your benefit to learn the characteristics of your camera and lens, but they're not that interesting generally. The tree shot is a good composition, but needed more depth of field to work.

Thanks for the critique! Where would you crop it? Because if you crop the top thirdish than the horizon will be in the middle. I'd like to see where you would put it.

These are all very interesting, but I must say I like the last two the best. I think the first one would be even more interesting if the white gap in the sky were not there. It would create a bigger contrast between the sky and the snow. But I realize this is something you couldn't control. =)

The second image is definately my favorite, but i felt like it needed a little more contrast, and a little lightening up in the highlights. It's a little harder to do without the full color version, but here is my edit.

Thank you for the feedback SimplyCanon! I definitely agree with you.

DBJ, great edit! Thank you, i'll try bumping the contrast a little more :)

Yea I really like #2, editing is on point by DBJ. I like the idea with the 1st picture, but it looks as if the sky just didn't want to play your way. Makes it look a bit underexposed, but It may just be because the amount of white in the picture.

And I'll definitely re-shoot number 1. Its just down the road from me so I can take it anytime I want. Just need the right lighting.

Thanks for the feedback!

I like them all alot!
I think if you centered the swings a littttleeee tinny bit more it can make it even beter

Yea its nice to have rural areas around your house. Nothing messes up a picture like power lines. Unless there is some kind of nice pattern.

No, like maybe move a little to your left, so the still swing is just a bit more in the center
Dont get me wrong, i think the picture is great
Just the still swing dosent draw as much attention at first
But maybe a little bit more centered
