Well I'm really into BMX, and I like to take a lot of pictures of run down buildings and towns, still life stuff and action are what I'm really into. So anyways here are my two options. I'm leaning towards the olympus e520 because it comes with two lenses one being a 14-42mm zuiko, and the other being a 40-150mm zuiko and the price is like 529. The other camera I am looking at is a nikon d3000 and it only comes with one lens that is an 18-55mm nikkor. So which camera is more suited for action photography I really don't want to be dissapointed with my choice. Thanks.

The e520 and the D3000 have essentially equal performance as do the lenses you've mentioned.

If you wind up disappointed, you would be disappointed with both.

The only significant technical differences to note is that the 2 cameras have different aspect ratios (Olympus 4:3/Nikon 3:2), and different crop factors (Olympus 2x/Nikon 1.5x), plus the Olympus has it's Image Stablization system in the camera body and Nikon has it in the lens.
