    the sky is a little over exposed and the flowers are a little blurry. not bad

    It seems to be a little tilted. The chairs look like they are at a slant, just straighten it up a bit. Nice shot!

    This photo could do with some straightening (as has been said) and then with a good crop to lose most of the blown sky and also part of the canopy and the people half way into their taxi... The repetition of the tables and chairs is nice and should be a lot more the subject of your photo as they are now.
