I don't like the overlap of his face with that fluted window frame stuff in the background...that's not a good camera placement for this subject and scene; the fluted window treatment is fine, but it's not fine where it comes close to his nose and chin outlines...it just distracts. Otherwise, the photo has most of the boxes checked off. The circular hair (? thread?) on his left shoulder and the linty dots on the dark T-shirt are also a bit distracting.
