Yes Sir!

The fish was so big, it poked in it's back neck. The second problem was
that the fish was so heavy that the cormorant rolled on its side. It needed
some seconds to figure out to use its wings to stabilise itself in the water.

I'm not swimming near that cormorant. Nice action shooting. Amazing situations like that make wildlife shooting fun.

Rolled on it's side?!! I would've had to've seen that. Still, what pigs birds can be. That's like me trying to stuff an 18" pizza in my mouth. Not happening! :nightmare:

Rolled on it's side?!! I would've had to've seen that.

Due to the lack of oil in there feathers, cormorants swim deeper,
faster, and longer in the water than other water fowls — a strate-
gic adaptation to their successful underwater fishing technique
where buoyancy is an impairment.

Now imagine that bird half afloat holding such a heavy catch in
its beak… the smallest weight transfer will have consequences.
Luckily, it spread its wings for stability.
