This is beautiful alison!

The shot is very nicely balanced, and I like the soft, non-direct light. The house/rock? on the far right is kind of distracting, but no big deal.

Hallo Alison and welcome to ThePhotoForum. Seems like you, too, joined the forum during the weeks when I was too busy with "life" to be here much ... so yes, be very welcome by me, too.

Irish landscapes ... is a beautiful photo. Very nice ... but so different from what I had expected before I had opened the thread. Wheat fields are not what I would have supposed I'd see ... there cannot be too many of them. Most parts are either meadow or moor ... well... cliffs, too, and all that, so this is a very interesting change to the pictures I am having in my head (all clichés, I'm afraid).
