A view of the Pacific Ocean through palm leaves and coconuts. San Luis Talpa, El Salvador

The horizon is way off, sloping down to the right.

I don't understand, what do you mean by "the horizon is way off?"

It's sloping from left down to right. Water generally sits level and if off it makes the whole scene look askew. Easy fix in PP tho.

Wonderful shot, but I agree on the leveling. The horizon on left is higher than on the right. What camera are you using for the shots? You should be able to rotate the shot a smidge in post processing, if you have the software for it.

I took this shot from my apple Iphone. I'd like to fix it if possible

Which model of iPhone? Assuming that the Apple photo app is consistent across versions, it is a fairly straight forward process. When in the app, take the following steps.
1. select the photo you want to edit.
2. select Edit.
3. select the crop/adjust tool that should be the right most tool on the bottom.
4. Use your thumb or finger and slide left or right on the scale at the bottom. This will straighten the photo to the left or right. Move back and forth until your horizon is level with the grid, and you should be good to go.
