Just kinda went meandering around today, random parks and such. Ran across this shed at a reconstructed homestead at a local park. I ran the same stack through a couple of different tone mappings, which one do you think is best. I am honestly torn. I like the natural, realistic look of the first one. I also like the more "cooked" versions, giving them some pop without looking horribly over done. And of course the sepia version because it makes it look older and more "authentic" for lack of a better way of putting it.

I like the top-right one the best, but that's just because I'm in love with tone-mapping! :D But I also like the bottom-left one, it is a good combination of the natural and full tone mapped image. I just don't like the coloring of the sky in the first one, too bland for my taste, but hey, you can't control the weather. And of course, sepia tone is always welcome! :)

I'm diggin' the two on the bottom.

Top right is a bit overcooked, even for me...

I'm going to edit my original post (hopefully), on my monitor they are one line left to right, so I'm not sure exactly which 2 you guys are talking about.

I seem to like 1, 3 & 4. A more of surreal feeling with the 2nd one. Having said that, all 4 images have come out pretty well.

Nice rustic feel to the subject. The second picture is very painterly and could be hung on my wall! Great job.
