The photo is fine to document the scene.

I don't think it has mass appeal as far as a beautiful sunset photo or anything like that. Just my opinion, but the old/ dirty building, mixed with the bland sky keeps it from being good.

That's a 'Golden Hour' shot NOT a sunset shot. ...and the grungy bldngs mixed with the newer blah ones don't do that light justice.
