Anybody wanna ID this bug?

I figured it'd be easier to find a bug-o-phile than type in "Wasp like green eyed bug" in google. This was taken in my back yard in Jacksonville, FL. (USA). Oh yeah, C&C welcome, as well as photoshop help, and any other advice on topic.

I have to admit, I'm impressed with how good it came out considering how minimalistic it was equipment-wise. No macro lens (just a filter on a $100ish lens) and no flash.
