Anyone have any idea how to get this?

How do I do this in photoshop. Im mostly looking for how to make the skin look bronze-ish and fake. I know for a fact that all this work is done in PP. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks!

little bit of airbrushing and Gaussian blur can go a long way

If you shoot Raw bringing the clarity slider all the way down would make a good base for it I bet.
