I was a little worried about photographing a 3 month old since they're not quite newborn, not quite sitting up on their own or even really have much head control yet but I have to admit I had a great time with this shoot! A few from my first quick look through the images. CC welcome!

The sharpness and DOF chosen is good,

they do look a bit flat and blanched, did you have a fill flash or reflector?

IMO, the cropping is much too loose and you lose the impact of the child's face in all of them. Fill the screen, lots of that background isn't necessary.

I really love #2. I also like #1, but I would crop a bit off the left side. I would keep mom/baby intact...just trim off some bg.

Thanks all! I'll have to play with my crops. I think I get excited for greenery in the desert
Lol I have other versions of the same shots I can also crop in closer to give variation maybe?
