asymetrical arms

this picture could be good if it wasnt for how different both of my arm, the left arm looks too skinny can somebody make it look more like the other arm? i think if we got rid of the shadow on it it would look better. help please

I didnt even realise that your arm was skinnier than the other until you said it. And it still looks alright, i dont think this needs any editing...
