Really great set! I think, although at first glance photo #2 has a somewhat busy background, for me it's precisely this photo where the bird is nicely separated from the background (good choice for depth of field) and therefore my favorite!

No sir, I did not. That explains why I've only seen them perched or in flight. This was our best year for them. We had a minimum of 8 this year.
