Nice. HDR ?
I think this is a cultural thing that white mark on her face, but IMHO the contrast here is too much. It burns my eyes. I think this portrait would look better in colour. Off course there is also question about the top of her head. I see, that right now you have her "stronger" eye exactly in the strongest point of the compo and it is quite engaging.

Without the white, it would be B&W hands down. The texture of the skin is off the charts.
But the white? My eyes go there and can't move. I have to force myself to look beyond it to appreciate the tones of the rest of the photo
