Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hey guys... My first post here on the forums...

I thought I would start off with a b/w conversion with selective coloring... The shot was taken in Williamsburg, VA, USA during this past weekend while waiting on the July 4th fireworks...

C&C is always welcome as I'm still trying to learn everything I can...

Enjoy!!!

Tim

Since your photos are "OK to edit," I took a few seconds to bump the contrast in GIMP since I am a proponent of high contrast black an white in most situation.s If you were to do this, I would only do the black and white layer and also avoid touching the sky, since it gets washed out pretty quickly.

Edit: Somehow this got all messed up, but I think you know what I meant.

Great shot, and yes the one with adjusted contrast looks a lot better.

Yeah, that's what i was trying to do but it turned into a horrible mess of naming and editing and I gave up.

Tim: I noticed your from the hampton roads area. I am too. I was wondering of you know of any groups of people in the area that go on a saturday or sunday somwhere in the area shooting.
