Very cute picture.

My initial reaction is that it might be a little too sharp. There's a definite halo around the baby and the eyes look a bit pixelated. The catchlights are a bit big (but that's not a huge 'problem' if it is one at all). You might want to clone/heal out the red spots on the chin, they're a little distracting.

Cute idea and pretty good execution.

I think it's fantastic. I think the chest may be a bit close to your backdrop, thats my only thing and thats a picky one. The chest is simply amazing. It's so bright and perfect for an infant photo!

Really cute idea. I agree with what was said above, I think the chest is too close to the backdrop. I'm not sure I would've chosen blue for the backdrop color either, but that is just an opinion. Nice job otherwise!
