Background Replacement 3-NEED INPUT again

I've always loved the lighting in this shot, but hated the background.

So I took that and added this:

Which became this:

Other than the windshield, is this any better? Practice makes perfect, so I need to keep trucking on with this, and your feedback is much appreciated.

I did not mind the background. The foreground is distracting. Noticed the tops of cars in the background also.

I still see the trees through the windshield.
