I like this shot. It's very interesting. Something I wouldn't see in New Jersey. The tones are very nice. Good contrast and the range is full.

A minor point. You might crop off the right background. It seems to pull the eye away from the main action. I hope you didn't get too close to the snakes!

I tend to agree with Alan's observations. I think the background wall's edge, being right at the far edge, really exerts a lot of "pull" away from the women and the snakes. I think I would burn the girls' white clothing wayyyy down, to make it less eye-catching. That bit of white really pulls the eye away from all the dark tones.
