Sadly I never managed to see these near me so I found a place where you can pay to see them near a sett
Despite the poor light I got a few photos - amazing what modern cameras will do - maybe in 10 years time when I have a Canon 120 or R6mk 2 photos in such poor light will be a lot clearer.

@Jeff15 what do you mean by levels? @Lez325 they were not far from you in Dorset.

Oh I visit Dorset quite a lot- Brownsea Island is one of my usual haunts

A good camera can make a difference but so can better lenses with larger apers. or just better software. I like that you posted the pics, despite the quality you mentioned, I too like seeing pics of badgers. I don't think I've seen any on here since I got on this wretched ( :biggrin-new:

Very true about the lens - a 300 mm f 2.8 would have been perfect with that light
