these are very strong and beautiful! the colors are so vibrant and rich. it doesnt hurt that the sky was so blue that day. were these taken in a sanctuary or did you come upon these in the wild. also, what lens did you use to get such sharp photos as these
Did anyone else picture Sam (the muppet that's an eagle) when looking at the first pic? Or am I just weird ....
Sam sam sam - I don't recall a Sam I recall Sam I am - who likes green eggs and ham Anyway as for the shots great shooting. The background is a fantastic blue - was that a polarizer helping or was he lit by good lighting letting you shoot very fast?
Used a Nikkor 200-400mm F4 lens. All the Eagles i find are in the Wild. We have so many in florida this time of year. These shots were from the Wetlands in Brevard County.
Wow, these pictures are amazing! And they were of an eagle in the wild? wow. One thing I noticed also, otherwise then good lighting is that the feathers had great detail and were very sharp. Thats great because I find birds are the hardest wildlife to shoot succesfully. ~Nikki~
