Bald Eagle

Hello, I was on this forum years ago and I'm back to share some bird pics from time to time. This was an eagle that was very close and wasn't too bothered by us yesterday. This was at Wiley Slough in the Skagit Valley north of Seattle, WA. Enjoy!

Thanks for the kind words! As far as distance, I'd say 30 yards or so. It was taken at 600mm EFL and I only cropped off about 10% of the original. Looking at it in binoculars, half of its body almost filled the frame. By far the closest I've ever been to an eagle in the wild.
