While I still had the studio set up decided to do a set with Phoebe. She wasn't overly thrilled at the idea but she's learning. Enjoy

I don't know, I really like #2, it really worked well. Looks like got into it.

Love #2 - good "expression." I would like to see a different predominant background color because she sort of blends in.

There's some others in the set that were good, but I liked the expression and head tilt on 2 overall.

I would agree with you on the darker background...........except the high key set was already up and I was to lazy to change it. LOL

However in my defense, I've found a high key white background provides a great non directional backlight on a subject. Pets (and kids) don't sit still, so trying to focus a kicker for separation from the background is hard to do. Without a kicker, all of the darker areas of fur tend to blend into the background.
