On the plus side pretty close on exposure maybe +1/4 would help a little. Nice sharp focus on the eyes. Getting light up under the brim of any hat is difficult, but you've mostly done it. The addition of a reflector down low will help with that. Overall the lighting is good, those big umbrellas are great for soft light. Did you use a diffusion cover??? Using one makes it even better.

On the negative side. The WB could use some warming to add more life to the skin and drop the highlights. Was there some sort of preset used that's giving off the glow vibe? It might be better without it, if it was. Not sure the background fits the subject/pose. Since you replaced it, I would have looked for a better match that more closely ties in with the hat/look. Lots of halos around the subject where you selected. Replacing any background is more than just selecting and replacing, there's blending involved, to make an image appear uniform.
