Interesting. I might go a little lighter. The trees look like veins. The pitch black road and its lines are distracting.

The road was darkened in processing to try create a leading line through the image.
@Mike Lamb - Interesting you see veins, I have previously converted trees to "veins" see below...

The leading line stops before it should. Like others have said, you have captured a great tonal range. However, the road itself is too dark. It jumps way darker than the entire range. The only thing I would change is the contrast of the road.

Trees are often photographed in a way that makes them akward. I can look at this photograph easily . Nice work.
