What is the "holding the lens backwards thing"? Now I'm curious!

Reverse-lens technique is awesome...I like using it...very shallow depth of field though, but still fun...I have a 58mm reverse-lens adapter on one of my lenses all the time...makes the lens look fancy...people always ask what type of lens I have because of it...gives lenses a pig-nose kind of look...

I did that as well until I bought this fotodiox adapter otherwise you have the chance of some light leakage from the sides of the lens that aren't plumb with the body...of course I have kinetic tremor and so holding things steady is a chore...but the women like my shaky fingers wink wink

Yeah... some of them were noisy. Figured that might have been the cause... but was my first time trying it.

I am a fan of bold colours so I really like photo 1. I also like photo 6. I have been reading about the reverse lens technique so it is good to see what can be achieved.

i love #1 great bold color

Good set.
love #1 and #3
#2 exposure is not correct.
Rest are grainy and blury,,
I have a set of Kenko macro extention tubes and I love them... its tricky to do macro so keep playing around... its great fun

Thanks for the comments everyone! I loved the colors in #1 too! It is a bit grainy, too. 2 I really liked despite exposure issues! 3 was one of my favs of the day! 4&5 were flowers smaller than my pinky nail and 6 is a tomato bloom. :)
