So, I want to like this picture...but it's not working for me. I like the components...the sun flare is cool, the smog showing the distance between buildings is cool, the clouds look interesting...but, put them all together and it's not really working. Maybe the elements are too much in balance with eachother. Perhaps if the buildings were more dominant I would feel better about it. I don't know if that helps, it's just a list of my feelings on the photo.
