The angle of LV Boulevard is the biggest issue. It tilts the whole image and is an unbalanced anchor to the rest of the photo.
The Las Vegas Strip looks exceptionally challenging, photographically. There is just so much to work with and against. In this case, there is Caesar's Palace and the Cosmo flanking that awesome fountain, yet you are limited to a shooting from a hotel room window or a fire escape (I'm guessing). Tilt it up on the right and your horizon is screwed. Crop and you cut the fountain's corner off, or chop up the landscape surrounding the fountain. All things considered, from this angle you probably got the best shot possible.
Well, at the very least, it's a great remembrance of what I hope was a wonderful trip. Las Vegas is a lot of fun, but the drive through the desert is just as special.
