Best Compact street camera.

Hey guys, so Ive been going through a transition. I sold my 60D and focused primarily on Iphone pics... crazy I know, but I turned out some awesome shots none the less. Feel free to check them out on IG @joegiorgio... Enough about that. ANYWAYS. I want to get back into serious side of photography but Im somewhat on the cheap side I dont have the finances to buy a new 60D. Also, I dont want to carry around an DSLR with me everywhere I go. I was thinking of purchasing a Lumix, their compact, good quality images, and manual capabilities and changeable lenses! For some reason there hard cameras to come by..

What do you guys suggest?

Sony NEX. Small, interchangeable lenses and you can even buy an adapter to put Sony or Minolta SLR lenses on it.
