best digital enlargements (decent price)

hello all i am currently working on printing two of my digital pictures in a 8X 10 or 8 X 12 either one and i would prefer a matte finish i would love to print them in a dark room however to get a neg made of a digi print i have heard is rather expensive... and i dont have much of a budget at them moment (this is a gift for someone). so anyone know any online services to get quality 8 in prints on matte paper? within my budget of $5-15 each print... thanks in advanced

I currently get all my prints through deviant art. You have to be a member and pay a one time fee, but you also gain the ability to sell your photos through the website and make 50% above the cost of printing. 8x12s are $2.50 and the quality is amazing. Matte or glossy finish on Fuji Cyrstal Archive paper. You can print up to 20x30. If you download the icc profile and convert them in ps, you're print will match exactly what you see on your screen.

Every print I've ordered has been here in 2 days, max of 3.
