Big D300 problem, what should I do?

UPS will have a distribution center close to you. Call and arrange to drive there. Tey are often open till 8:00 PM

Wife tried and called from work Friday and could not get a live person. I think part of the problem was 2 boxes were sent on same shipment. 1 was signature required (camera) other was not (battery). Anyway today Monday was 3rd and final attempt to deliver. Now according to UPS they hold it for 5 days before sending it back. So plan is now to have my wife pick it up at UPS tomorrow at lunch. Before could not do that because the truck was still out with it the other days.

Hours are 9-5 M-F only. So they have real convient hours for people that work normal hours.
