Birds from around the yard

the heron flew by me as i was standing in my front yard and the oriole started out across the street (No camera with me) then i ran into the house to grab my camera came outside again could not find it then it flew into our front yard and after a minute flew into our backyard to the hummingbird feeder looks like we need to get some oranges and cut them in half and put them up around the yard

The Orioles around here don't seem to give a hoot about oranges ... but they do like grape jelly tossed into a dish.

The GBH is my fave.

Very nice set Logan. I'm trying to draw some Orioles and Hummingbirds to my backyard. Nice captures on the GBH.

Thank you so are we try cutting an orange in half and put it out i have been told the orioles like that so we have a orange out cut into four pieces that we stuck the pieces on tree branches
