As I alluded to in reply to a post by "Zombiesniper Jr" I love this subject. Everyone knows (approx.) how big barbed wire is, so it provides a bit of perspective to the size of the target species.

You have some really beautifully colored birds. Barbed wire looks much better to me than stranded wire or cable.
 
I like that wren shot with the spread legs. Your crested pigeon looks more like our Mourning Doves but without the crest and colour in the wings.
 
Very nice set of some beautiful birds.
