Nicely done. I agree with Chris about the tilt and I'm also not crazy about the amount of stone in the lower left. I'd try cropping a little from the bottom and left to address both things.

I was shooting from the other side and my wife took a shot...I wish I could have taken the time to climb down a few feet and shoot it from the other side...You got a great angle. I would likely clone out the water line.

I'm torn between the B&W and color.

I like the distortion of the angle in the B&W, but there is also something interesting about the compositional flow in the colored shot. You get the fog leading the eye into that slice of the mountain on the edge of the frame, which moves your eye to the road and back to the beginning.
