I don't think the distortion is objectionable here. The top of the roof is level and the blue sky is a strong element of the composition. I would not correct the keystoning because then I would loose too much of the sky. Hard to say whether the tilt of the sidewalk is natural or caused by barrel distortion. The tops of the windows and the tops of the trash cans seem level enough to me.

Depends on what you are shooting. Architectural shots very often benefit from distortion and perspective correction. I will try to frame shots like this with extra headroom so I can correct if needed. IMO it's not needed here, but might have helped if the correction did not harm the composition.

Thanks all. I think the front sidewalk which isn't level is throwing me off. The building needs some mild perspective tweeks.
