Sorry its awful, it is everything i hate about HDR

I am sorry, but that has to be the worst HDR effect I have ever seen. It looks like it was a decent image before the HDR was messed with.

I am definitely not ANTI-HDR. When it's done correctly it's beautiful and is more of what the eye would see. This is neon with editing halos and looks like a cartoon.

If you're going to do something with this degree of over-processing, why not start with a more appropriate image?
