The top doesn't appear to fit well, which is unfortunate. The bottom is lost in inky blackness, and at least for me a good part of boudoir is feeling the luxury of the fabric. Her pose is fairly nice, but there's something about her thigh that's unflattering.

I find the crop somehow not quite there, it feels like she's being cut off at an awkward place.

The color palette is a little odd as well. Did you have to do violent things to the white balance to get her skin looking appealing? The purple/puce tones of the background are not very flattering.

The background is a little too sharp, I think, and so it tends to dominate the image. The piece of furniture behind her on the right of the frame looks kind of tacky.

Her skin is borderline oversmoothed, which she will probably like just fine

The light is neither here nor there, I expect boudoir to be either quite high key to make the skin tones delicious or to give the appearance of dim bedroom lighting.

On the upside: She's dead sexy, and her pose from the waist up is really terrific. The line of her arms is wonderful, her expression is nicely ambiguous. You've got some good ideas, here, the background is amazing, the rose petals are cliched but it's a great cliche. I like the way the frame goes out of focus in the foreground.

If you get a chance to re-shoot, pin the outfit behind to fit snugly up front, or get a different outfit, and pull her closer to the camera so you can push the background a little out of focus. It's a great design element, so I'm not saying to turn it into an ugly pile of bokeh, just soften it so it doesn't dominate. Push a little more light into the dark areas. Experiment with ways to hold the thigh. Bring the knee up toward the camera? I dunno.

If you can't reshoot, I would experiment with lightly blurring the background, and seeing if there was any way to get some detail out of the bottom part of the outfit. Monkey around with color, and if there's no joy there make it B&W.

She appears disconnected and distracted. Her thigh looks very strange (waves of gradient color changes).

Dont chop people at the knees. You have any other pics? Not really feeling this much. It doesnt have that up close and personal boudoir feel.
